The Story of Humpty Dumpty:

What might be possible if we're willing to learn from the challenges (with Self and our experiences of other people) that life presents? How might our perceptions shift when questioning belief systems that we may or may not use to limit Self (who we're supposed to be according to perceptions of Family, Friends, Partners, Gender, Society, Nationality, Religion, etc)? What if by exploring the passion & purpose of the inner journey, we make space for Self connection by shifting our perceptions of the outer world of Ego attachment? Holistic Coaching invites clients to consider the possible benefits of being childlike more often than childish, responding over reacting, connection rather than attachment, and discovering the balance in Human Be-ing & Human Do-ing.

Holistic Coaching sessions are guided by the client and completely unique to each individual. We all have different life experiences, challenges, gifts, passions, and purpose that you're invited to explore for your Self. Our role is to ask intuitive questions, offer reflections to possibly consider, and to journey alongside each client as a coach (not teacher or therapist) as they discover the inner wisdom (like Humpty Dumpty) to put Self together again.

Art Therapy

The human ego operates in metaphor more often than logical sense. Using art we can often discover far more about hidden beliefs running the show and transform them into a more functional vibration. Using art in a therapeutic way of creating energy connection with our own ego parts, may possibly be the most powerful practice one can develop. You don't need to have amazing drawing or art skills, the metaphors are just as effective in stick figure drawings as they are in artistic masterpieces. It's an invitation to the inner child (without the need to judge Good/Bad/Right/Wrong) to explore connection with future self by drawing a picture!
